| didn't run last night. did 20 or so mins on the elliptical. legs were really sore so i thought id rest a bit and run today. looking at probably 14.5 miles again tonight. going to shoulders and biceps in the gym. elbow feels okay hopefully it won't act up in the gym. current weight: 160. |

| day 1 recap. Ran 11 miles. Then sat around till some people showed up and ran another 3.5 so 14.5 total for Monday. Had dinner then went to the gym and tried to get my workout in. Did flat bench 135lbs. 1x12, 155lbs. 1x10, 185lbs. 3x8. Decline bench 185lbs. 3x8, pectoral flys 135lbs. 2x8, 1x6, then did a little back. rear deltoid flys 90lbs. 3x8. then was too tired to do anything else and went home. Elbow is really sore today. thought it was fully healed. went through 2-3 workouts without any pain but yesterday it was pretty bad. iced it a lil last night. going to lay off and do ABs and some cardio in the gym tonight and then ice it some more. hopefully will not be a problem on Wed. current weight: 160 |

| Haven't worked out consistently in a month. Haven't ran much... maybe 25 or so miles a week at most. Have 2 weeks to get back into summer shape.... haha Going to run 10-12 tonight. Do chest, back, abs in the gym. Current Weight: 161. |

| Ran a lil over 9 on Monday. The workout sucked. Went with a couple of friends and we were messing around. I did get in the following for chest: Flat Bench. 135lbs. 1x12 / 155 lbs. 1x10 / 185 lbs. 1x8, 225 lbs. 3x4 Incline Bench. 135 lbs. 2x8 Decline Bench. 185 lbs. 3x8 Tuesday. Ran 9. Did Abs. No running or workout tonight. Current Weight: 157

| ran 8 miles last night with a friend. went into the gym and did biceps. same stuff. then met up with another friend and helped him with his workout. then did elliptical machine for about 10 minutes. sauna another 10. Current Weight: 158 |
